What’s not to love about this comforting weekend dish that allows you to eat dessert for breakfast, when it’s made with tender and rich French brioche soaked in a sweet vanilla custard? It’s the perfect way to transform a loaf of bread into something magical, especially when it’s filled with fresh local peaches and raspberries.
Tip: To skin the peaches, drop them one at a time in boiling water for 30 seconds and then ice water for 10 seconds and gently peel away the skin. I did this in my Canadian Signature 28 cm Fry Pan.
