No Churn Cherry Chocolate Ice Cream
Multiple baskets of cherries were picked from the two cherry trees in my daughters backyard. I got a big bag of them and spent some time pitting them all. It’s a messy business, but somebody’s gotta do it. Thank goodness for my trusty pitter and latex gloves. I froze a big bag of the cherries (I know I will be happy about that in the wintertime) and made the creamiest no churn cherry chocolate ice cream with the rest.

- Pour the mixture into a loaf pan or Pyrex and freeze for 3-4 hours or overnight.
- Take the container out of the freezer and let stand at room temperature for 10 minutes before serving.
