Whip the cream on high speed until fluffy. Then lower mixer to medium speed and add the condensed milk in a slow stream while the mixer is mixing, scraping down the bowl until it is well combined.
Gently mix in the Chambord, chopped cherries and chocolate.
Pour the mixture into a loaf pan or Pyrex and freeze for 3-4 hours or overnight.
Take the container out of the freezer and let stand at room temperature for 10 minutes before serving.
