Chocolate Coconut Popsicles

Chocolate Coconut Popsicles

Did you love fudgesicles as a kid? Oh yes I did!! I’ve got a healthy homemade fudgesicle recipe that will satisfy your chocolate cravings, keep you cool and it’s actually quite easy.

All you need to do is to blend a few simple ingredients together in a blender and pour the mixture into popsicle molds. That’s it! It doesn’t get any easier than that. The hardest part is waiting for them to freeze. If you don’t have popsicle molds you could use small paper cups and then just peel the paper away.

For this recipe you need cocoa, coconut milk, date and maple syrup. These Chocolate Coconut Popsicles are completely delicious, extra chocolatey, so creamy and not too sweet. They are so much healthier than the processed store bought popsicles.
