Guacamole
Healthy and delicious guacamole is one of my favourite snacks that I make when I have a load of ripe avocados.
What goes into the best guacamole?
- ripe avocado
- tomatoes
- onion
- jalapeño
- parsley (no cilantro in my kitchen)
It’s seasoned with salt, pepper and lots of lime juice to brighten up the guacamole and preserve the avocados taste and colour.
Guacamole is a staple dip and a delicious topping for a lot of dishes, like tacos, burrito bowls, salads, or just serving it on the side with chips.
We all know that guacamole is perfect for game day, appetizers, or just the best anytime snack.
