Banana Tahini Nutella Loaf

Ingredients

  • 2-3 ripe bananas mashed
  • 1/2 cup tahini plus 1-2 tbsp for drizzling
  • 3 large eggs
  • 3 tbsp honey or date syrup
  • cups almond flour, finely ground
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • ½ tsp sea salt
  • 2 tbsp nutella
  • sesame seeds for decoration
  • baking spray

Instructions

  • Pre-heat oven to 350°F.
  • Whisk together the mashed banana, tahini, eggs, honey or date syrup and vanilla in a large bowl
  • Add almond flour, baking powder and salt and mix until combined.
  • Spray the loaf pan and line with a parchment sling (overhanging the sides for easy removal).
  • Spread the mixture into the baking pan and drizzle 2 tbsp tahini and 2 tbsp nutella on top swirl with a skewer. Sprinkle sesame seeds on top.
  • Bake for 25-30 minutes. Check doneness by inserting a toothpick in the middle.
