Cherry Clafoutis

Ingredients

  • 2 cups cherries, pitted
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 3 tbsp flour
  • 3 tbsp sugar
  • ¾ tsp pure vanilla extract
  • ½ tsp almond extract
  • 1 pinch salt

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375℉ and grease a 9-inch pie plate.
  • Arrange the cherries in a single layer.
  • Combine all other ingredients and mix well.
  • Pour mixture over cherries.
  • Bake until puffed and golden, about 30 minutes.
  • Sprinkle with confectioners’ sugar if desired.
  • Serve with ice cream or frozen yogurt.
