Preheat oven to 350 °F. Spray a 9x9 pan with non-stick spray and line with parchment paper.
In a large bowl, mash the bananas, add the eggs, honey and vanilla and stir until combined.
Add the oats, flour, cinnamon, baking soda and salt. Mix until combined.
Stir in the chocolate, raisins and coconut.
Pour into prepared pan and bake for 20 minutes.
Allow to cool before cutting.
Optional: drizzle with melted chocolate.
