Kale Caesar Salad

Ingredients

Caesar Dressing

  • ¼ cup olive oil mayonnaise
  • 3 tbsp freshly squeeze lemon juice
  • 1 tsp white wine vinegar
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tsp worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tbsp minced garlic
  • 1 tbsp anchovy paste optional and highly recommended
  • ½ tsp sea salt
  • 1 tsp ground pepper

Instructions

  • Place all the dressing ingredients in a jar and shake well until combined. If the dressing is too thick, add a tablespoon or two of lemon juice.
