Remove the mango peel and cut the flesh from the pit.
Purée the mango flesh in a food processor until smooth and set aside.
Layer a few spoons of mango purée and a few spoons of yogurt in a glass. Repeat until the glass is full.
Top with passionfruit and toasted coconut flakes.
