Dip a pice of rice paper in warm water for just a few seconds and quickly cut into strips with a sharp scissors.
Lay each piece on the prepared baking sheet and baste with the marinade. Gently turn over and baste the other side. It’s ok if it gets a bit scrunched up.
Repeat with remaining rice paper.
Bake for about 7 to 8 minutes, until crisp.
Keep an eye on the baking sheet as the strips can burn easily.
Once out of the oven, remove from the baking sheet right away and place on a cooling rack.
