Combine almond flour, lemon juice, salt and honey. Stir to mix together - it will be thick.
Cover the bowl and let it sit overnight in the fridge if you can. If you don’t have time to do this, you can proceed to the next step.
Preheat oven to 350°F.
Add butter, lemon zest and baking soda. Beat well.
Add eggs, and beat well.
Stir in the chopped walnuts.
Spray and line a 9x5 inch loaf pan with parchment paper.
Pour in the batter, smoothing the top.
Bake for 45-60 minutes, until a toothpick comes out clean.
Remove from oven and let cool.
Serve with honey butter or cream cheese.
